Can't help w/ your Fulvic Acid Q - but I can tell you nettle can be picked wild but be careful as it is actuually called stinging nettle, and hurts like hell!

So check out a local bulk herb store if you prefer safety, or cut and dry the wild stuff - once it's dry its way less hazardous - makes a great detoxifying tea as well, then recycle it to the ladies..... old manuscripts talk of stirring it in a bucket tea solution for like 20 minutes - some say it 'enbues the concoction' w/ earth and gardner energy, others say it just super oxygenates the water - either way I've had very good results w/ this gardening style, which stems from Rudolph Steiners Biodynamic Gardening teachings....
