You're getting some pretty good results with a very affordable and easy to use fertilizer. Are you going to add any other nutes, or just go the whole grow with the Schultz?

well, it does seem to be working, but i should point out
im strapped for cash lately, and i live in a small hick town we've got a walmart, a lowe's and a Feed'N'Seed none of them carry anything fancy like FoxFarms and this stuff is CHEAP ($2.50 - 4 oz bottle i know if i were to use better nutes i could do better but for the price, i find its giving the results i hoped for so yes, i think ill just doo the whole thing with this stuff (this if the farthest point i've ever grown a plant to) id love some suggestions though

![]() Broke it 4 places? Time to get rid of the bike (if you ride one) ![]() I final sold mine, figured I was gona kill myself ![]() You really did a good job on the grow room. Mylar would help and its cheap. Even aluminum foil works, but use the dull side. Brite side not good causes hot spots. I haven't tried clones yet. From what I've read many have trouble getting clones to grow. I'll try a few soon. You've really improved the your grow space. +reps

no bike involved MedMan, funny ass story if you consider
im a 20something potsmoker, heavy metal fan, dressed in black i was trying to help a group of little kids save a kitten, before a dog got to it i jumped over the railing of a porch- straight down to the ground, landed on my feet took a step, realized i couln't feel my foot, nother step, it hurt so bad i started laughing but yeah, the white plastic i put up in the box i used some huge industrial garbage bags, cut em into sheets, stapled it up as far as clones, i might try again on this one^_^

It's probably not the best nute for hydro because it has 8.2% urea nitrogen and the organisms needed to convert urea nitrogen to usable nitrogen are not present in hydroponic systems. I did some reading and it can be modified so that it will work better. "To each gallon of water I added the following nutrients: 28 drops of Schultz liquid fertilizer 10-15-10, one half teaspoon potassium nitrate, and one forth teaspoon magnesium sulfate(Epsom salt)."

Sun - thanks for the info, i know where to get epsom salt, but where would i find potassium nitrate?
MedMan - three things my friend, 1-i never fell down, i walked away 2-i kept my cool for the kids' sake (had just smoked some G-13) 3-you are one kickass "old guy" , old is a state of mind, and you're not there yet^_^ as for the journal - no new developments i had my hands full with home repairs today oddly enough though, the guy i get my smoke from, lets call him "Jerry" he's the biggest expert in my area (on weed) he's always got some wicked medical grade and he's seen my plant as recently as a week ago well, he has asked me to help him build a growbox i was flattered, so i said yeah

Here ya go: USP Grade Potassium Nitrate, (Saltpeter), 500g for sale. Buy from The Science Company. KNO3 Potassium Nitrate 1 lb 98.9% Fertilizer grade Bags - eBay (item 180380132089 end time Oct-07-09 07 20 PDT)It's also commonly known as "saltpeter." If you have pyro tendencies, it's great fun to mix with an equal part granulated sugar, melt it down in a pan you don't care about over an ELECTRIC hot plate OUTSIDE, then let it cool down so that it sets up. Makes really good smoke bombs, lol. Disclaimer: Don't blow your ass up.

Sun, i like your smokebomb recipe
so iv'e got one for you *generic use at own risk warning* Homemade Napalm feed chunks of styrofoam into a container of gasoline the styrofoam dissolves, resulting in a thick white syrup it sticks to anything, and water won't put it out^_^ (recipe provided for educational purposes only)

Jerry your friend really paid you a compliment too ![]() If I remember right from chemistry class that potassium nitrate is one thing you don't want to do is get any on your hands it changes the pigment in your skin to blue/black and you can only get rid of it by wearing it off. Months ![]() That Napalm sounds awesome. Glad it was for info only ![]() Your doing great now man, good light and good grow space and great looking plants
