Ok so finally EVERYTHING is set up. The end result is:
3 plants 2 different strains I think, there may be 3 too early to tell of G-13. They are clones from a friend of mine who has mother plantsand his plants are about half way thru flowering and are getting huge and very tasty smelling. Fruit and lemony.

Anyways I just put the plants in a red cup with a no fert soil with some perlite. I added some Fox Farms Grow Big at half strengths, the clones have been sitting and rooting for a few weeks prior to tonight.

I have just put them to bed now :) and fed them an hour ago roughly. I set the light timer to start at 6AM - Midnight and I will wake up to make sure I did it right the timer is screwy and the socket on the power surge are loose. There are 6 CFL 13 watt vegging lights at the moment in there with 2M mylar making it bright as day at midnight. Soon I am fixing the CMH light socket so I can get that shining on them.

I will feed them 1 time per week and at the moment just watering them 1 timer per week maybe twice if they are really thirsty. Anways I need to finish my have a good night I will post photos when I can get a camera again my girlfriend moved back to germany for some school classes and took it with her =(.

Ok I got a question I as I have mentioned in the previous post, I have 3 G-13 clones in soil with some perlite in it and I added FF Grow Big 4 nights ago and have been growin every day slowly gettin bushier and all smelling even. Well the dirt has been a little dry an inch or two down so I watered them w/o nutes a couple hours ago and seem to be liking it except one leaf is curling under on one of them but its fan leaves look healthy.

But I worry the temp is too low, the temerature is about 65-70 right now it might get upto 73 but thats top. I would like to heat up the area a little more because i think it might be a little chilly for the girls.

There anything I can do? Im a little low on cash until friday >< but any advice would be nice I also have a small fan blowing on them to help support root strength I hope the wind chill doesn't affect them badly.

And one more quick question about foilar spray, I have a couple leaves on the clones that are dying or lookin not so happy, a couple on one plant that are brown and curled but was like that from when I recieved the clones(god i wish i had a camera at the moment) If its impossible to tell then I understand. I am working my best on getting pictures on here.

Man that's chilly, your house is that cold? Burrr. The only advice I can give is to try and keep em a little warmer. Think of this post as a bump so more people will see your problems and you can get some help :)

heh thanks :) yea I dont know how to heat them up maybe i can place a space heater next to the room but its big and old no way to git inside. hmm ill give the a try

Now I have fed the some foilar spray I mixed a gallon at about 1/3rd of the the recomended amount. I fed them about 20 min after the babies woke up. Im sorry I still dont have pictures.

The plant leaves from the clones were a little yellow and a couple I think got burnt from the small hps my friend had them under before giving them to me. There is new growth every few hours I swear its amazing to look at! hehe glad I did this.

I hope they get happier and more green. I know the nitrogen is high at the moment i tested it and its highest nute in the soil I added some "Like Karma" heard was really good for vegging.

They seem to be really thirsty too but I cant tell for sure I am new at this. I watered them on the 20th and on the 25thbut now already they are looking thirsty and the containers feel a little light. I am going to look for a rapidtest water meter (Think thats how its called) so I can get a accurite reading and when to water. I am poor but my babies need the best they can get heh.

Just water when the soil a few inches deep is dry. That's my rule. Usually takes 3-4 days, but soil type, container size, and temps can effect this.

yea thats true I relized that my plants closer to the small fan have their top level of soiled dried out quick so I rotate them. I dont know I will wait and not get too exited and over -anything them.

Ok so I hope someone can answer this, I know its kind of a noob question I have looked around and from the information I have gathered, I am going to transplant the baby clones into 1 gallon pots from the l ittle 16 oz plastic cups I put them in orignally.

I looked at one of the drain holes an I saw a root, I dont know how long these 16 oz cups were intended to last so I thought these clones would like more space to let there roots grow :) any thoughts

and one more thing I am tryin to post a pic of the problem but I can't find my wire to transfer them from the device. The plants have a couple darkish yellow tips and look all dried out and stuff I am leaving them on there till they want to fall off I suppose, I think they were like that when I got them but for some reason I cannot recall.

if the roots are growing out of the cup, its definitely time to transplant. I would recommend putting them in 5 gallon bucket rather than a 1 gallon because they will run out of space pretty quickly in the 1 gallon container depending on how big you grow them.

yea the close is roughly 2x2x8 so as long as they dont bush out of control there heh.
Thanks for the advice ill run to potting store and probly transplant them today or tomorrow into maybe 3 galls. I dont know how fast the plants will grow when they relize all the room they got and all but thanks alot for the tip! its very exiting watching them grow

Ok I am afraid I think I figured out why the tips of a couple of my leaves are turning brown / yellow and look dead. It may be becuase there is not enough air circulation through the soil and I may have shocked them with all the nitrogen I gave them (teaspoon of Like Karma + 1/2 strength FFGrow Big) They were looking very dry and the dirt was so dry i dug a couple inches down and it was just powdery chunks of dirt and perlite. I thought the problem was N deficiancy but the rest of the plant looks healthy and intact except the couple leaves with browning yellowing tips.

I feel I should transplant them asap with more air circulation! I dont want to kill my babies they are already smelling so delicous. I just watered them this morning though should I wait a day or so before transplanting? any thought/ ideas appreciated!

I have another question I am wanting to try out, I want to give my girls some Co2 I was going to go for the bike tire pump + co2 cartriges, but I can pick this up at my K-Mart

Ok I topped my plants according to the FIM technique and I made my girls bleed a little =*( but I trust it I have seen many amazing results using this method. I also started training them with a string wrapped around the middle or bottom mid just under the growth of new stems and levels. I got about 5 levels of nodes that looked like it was weighing down the plant a little for how small it is roughly 8-9 inches so far. I think i left 10% on each stem maybe a tiny bit more, I hope that doesnt effect it too much.

I will put them in new homes tomarrow 2, 9 inch pots and maybe a 12 inch pot or 11, im not sure yet. Anyways thats it for now if anyone is reading this and notice im doing anything wrong then let me know because this is my first grow.
