Hello all, first time grower here, I wish I knew what I was doing but I don't so, I'm here to accept my incompetence and ask for help. But it only takes me one mistake before I change It. (I use RO water ph start 6.0)
well here is my set up. I have 1 mother who is totally sick due too ?? I guessed ph was way to low and I think i'm right cause, I was giving her plant prod plant starter every once and a while. (I have never used the flowering one) it is 10-52-10, I was of course watering it down, 1/5-1/6 of normal dose but when I transplanted her to a bigger pot about 2 months ago I also added a bit more Sunshine peet moss and a little more perilite. I use normal sterilized potting soil with 21%-24% hydroton at the bottom for drainage. But all in all I think after repeated doses of nutes the soil is probably very acidic, I gave her some ph up I used about 3 capfuls with 5 liters of water, she seems to be doing alot better, this was happening to the little clones I have. this is a pic of all 4 first. now this is a pic of 2 of the leafs that were getting sick on the clone second from the left, I snipped them of, cause I was fearing leaf disease?, still not really sure. The clones and mom look alot better since I put the Ph up in she is starting to reach with her leaves and same with the little clones, I hope most of the damage caused by my F-UP will be fixed, I hate to think that I could have been so silly, lesson learned. |

Chill out guy, there is a staggering amount of posts in any given day, and sometimes it takes a day or two to get to the new journals. Looks like you got into a lock out situation with the low ph. Dry nutes are notorious for salt buildup, which is most likely the root cause of your ph bottoming out. You really need to completely flush out the plants, using 3-5 times the volume of the planters, with ph balanced water. You might want to read this Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial, as it will solve many, many problems for you. Flush 'em out, get the ph back under control as quick as you can and good luck.

Sorry
your right this forum is packed with stuff, I understand, I was just scared cause my girl was dying but I think I may have solved or at least am repairing the ph problem, I added some ph up and yesterday I got some dolomitic lime and I added a small hand full to about 10 cups of soil and spread it around all the clones and mother. They are all doing great. She has already repaired herself a whole bunch, man I am so relieved. I will post updated pics and everything. My new clones that are 2 days old, are doing AMAZING. I'm so glad this forum showed me how to clone properly. How to Clone a Cannabis Plant They are now under a 5000 lumen 6500K t5, I most likely will leave it on 24/7 but I may try a sleep cycle with them also, since I only do a 2 1/2 hour sleep cycle on all my plants, Pls leave me feedback if you think I should do 24 hour light on my new clones or do a 2 1/2 hour sleep cycle? thx |

The 90w UFO's have come down a lot in price since the 120w and 300w panels have come out.
You can get UFO's now for $100-150 on ebay and if you shop around. Wonder what happened that he can't post anymore? Pretty abrupt. Hope things are OK.
