Really need a doctor in regina sask or close by

hello there
I have been using Cannabis for about 10 yrs now and i use it because it helps me with insomnia and moderate arthritis but i really want to stop getting it from the unsafe streets but i am finding next to impossible to find a doctor in Regina Saskatchewan to even consider signing a form for me. I am beyond discouraged and feel like this is becoming next to impossible to get anywhere with this. Please any referrals or direction or ideas on how to solve this frustrating situation.

I would also like a doctor in Sask to talk with about the medical marijuana, I have found one in alberta that will do the paper work, but I need a referral to see this doctor. If anyone has any info for doctors in Saskatchewan that would be very appreciated. thanks.
