I am from Iowa. I have PTSD, chronic depression, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome & newly diagnosed as bipolar. I am desperately looking into a treatment center, that will evaluate and treat my conditions. But also, need to bring my companion dog, 3 mos old pit bull, its formative for bonding, socializing, and my hopes to use as a rehab dog. I need help!! Please and thank you. * I'm being seen by therapist & nurse practioner, on meds, but smoking is my secret because if legalities here.
