Hi guys
Just had my autoflower seeds back and was after any info or tips on how to get started. Was thinking about starting off on 250 CFL then switch to 400w HPS when flowering. Any feed back will be appreciated.
Cheers

Hi Bully. I am expecting my autos to arrive in the mail today and I will be starting them under 125w CFL and then moving them to 400w HPS. Are you using soil?

Hiya mate.... Yes I always use soil for whatever I'm growing. (Usually in coco) never used seed before so was unsure weather I was to have the CFL on ready or wait for it to sprout up? Any idea? Cheers

Yep, got my attitude seed order safely today in the mail. I am using the 420 pots(here's the link):

I was hoping to use Roots Organic soil but my store was out so I had to get Happy Frog. I am growing in a BCNL Bloombox(here's the link) :All in One Grow Box | The Bloombox V3.0
I don't have it prepped and ready yet but I have been so eager to get growing on these I just planted them right into the soil and I have them on my patio now awaiting the sunshine of tomorrow.

In your case specifically, I would plant them and put them under the CFL.

Thanks for the feed back jg106256 that's a awesome bit of kit you have there. I'm 8 days In to my 2 week flush out,il be planting my fast n vast afghani x skunk x white dwarf autoflower seeds then. Iv been advised by a friend to let it sprout in that dark before I put the CFL on. I will be using the CFL on a 24/0 light cycle till it reaches about 14-16 inches in height before I switch to 400w HPS on a 20/4 light cycle. This was the advice of a friend as I'm new to starting from seed. Please feel free to correct anything iv posted as all info and advice is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Bully
