Well, it is 3 April 2008 and I am sitting here at my keyboard properly medicated, listening to the Doors when a remarkable thing took place. It wasn't an epiphany or anything. Some may ask, "Herb, whatcha been putting in that pipe?" Others may say, "There goes Herb again," or "He definitely has broken on through to the other side." Oh, by the way, my psychiatrist told me yesterday that my forgetfulness is being brought on by my cannabis. Why I brought that up, I don't know. Now, what was I talking about? Oh, yeah! The non-epiphany event! Any who, I am halfway through my third bowl when the banner at the top of the screen caught my eye. Or should say a beautiful lady caught my eye. She was smoking a joint and the smoke was slowly drifting up into the bud background of 420Magazine. I could smell it. Oh, how I love the smell of burning bud and she is giving me the eye; you know the look. I feel a little guilty, my wife has already left for work. But then, she . . . uh . . . the lady blows a smoke ring and it comes right off the screen. Then poof, the SensiSeed Bank banner is gone with my lady and I am now in the Vapor Store. I hate shopping, but who knows, I just might find that thing I can't live without.
:peace:

Well, I made canna oil Saturday morning before bed and made Quazee Rabbit Carrot Cake Saturday night. The cake is delicious and really gets you baked. Three fourths of the cake is sitting there in the kitchen, even as I type, calling my name and tempting me. I am going to try to hold off until midnight to eat another piece. I slept 9 hours today without even rolling over. It was really good sleep. I wish I had some mature cannabis smoking friends to come over for coffee and cake. I broke ties with the young punks I had to depend on for cannabis before I started to grow. It was no great loss. Growing your own is a great gain.:3:

Well, it was around 3 a.m. on Monday morning and my belly was a growling like an ol' grizzly bear. I remembered there was some left over pork roast in the frig and I set off to make a big pan of pork fried rice. It was ready about 4 a.m. and my wife was up and preparing to go to work. She's a baker. She has a big plate of pork fried rice and heads off to bake. After she left, I took a shower and returned to the kitchen. There was another dirty plate with some pork fried rice remnants. My daughter had awakened and had come down and ate a plate of food and gone back to sleep. I ate two plates of the pork fried rice.

Moral of story: A family that smokes pot together can eat almost anything, anytime of the day or night and still live in harmony.

Fish emulsion is great for my cannabis plants. They seem to thrive off the stuff. But, have you ever taken a bath in fish emulsion. Well, this morning I was out in the shop preparing some food for the girls. I got the fish emulsion out and began to shake it as usual when an awful thing took place. Now, I'm not shaking it with any gusto or something; I'm just shaking this stuff as usual when, low and behold, the bottle split down the seam and I was covered. Needless to say, I needed to get out of those clothes and into the shower. Boy, did I stink. I was afraid a bear would get me going to the house or a dog knock me down and just roll on me. You know how they like to roll and squirm on dead animals and things that smell like sh#t. Well, I didn't smell much better. The clothes are washing, I took a hot shower. I can still smell that stuff, but my hand and face fill so soft. So, my hands and face aren't so soft, but I do still stink! By the way, the ladies still got feed. Excuse me, "Cats, quit licking my face!"

I just completed reading the novel, "The Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfield. ***** mentioned the book in a thread and I checked it out from the library. In the book people would renew their energy by meditating on plants, rocks, etc. While the book is fiction, there is much wisdom shared on it's pages. I believe that the plants I have grown have received energy from me as I spend time with them in conversation and meditation. In return they have radiated with energy and oozed with delight. As we come in communion with nature, our ordinary perception is altered beyond the physical and into the spiritual. Marijuana is more than just recreational or medical, it is communion with earth and beyond.
