Most cost efficient, yet most effective lighting.
I was wondering just exactly which lights would be the best all around. Which lights would give me the best growth in both the veg. and flowering stages for the least amount of money? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely a dual spectrum HPS. If you are talking about overall cost. Lowest up front would have to be CFL.

HIDs...Preferably one that accepts both MH and HPS.

I use 6-8 CFLs during veg and switch to a 400w Hortilux HPS for budding and average 5.5oz per plant. Check out some CFL grows here. That is the way to go if you're on a budget for sure.
