So for christmas this year i think im going to finaly get a rec. But i have a few questions. when i was little about in second grade i was diagnosed with ADD. A few years later depression came along. I took meds like adderal ritalin wellbutrin etc until freshman year in high school when i started to self medicate with MJ. My question is will my old medical history get me a reccomendation? OR should i go back to my doctor and get a renewed evaluation and/or prescription for proof of my condition? because in 5 days ill be 19 so thats a good 4 years about of no contact with the doctor or meds
