Clarification In Butte County Please.

I'm trying to follow our District Attorney's guidelines concerning the growing of MMJ.

Their website states the following:

• Do not grow more than six (6) mature or twelve (12) immature plants at any one time.

Does this mean that I can only have one or the other, or can I have both, 6 mature plants AND 12 immature plants at the same time?

I am also in Butte County, Chico

I have been told not to get your scrip in Butte because you have to register or something, is this correct ? Do other counties not require it?
