Can someone give me the names of some licensed grow farms in CA?. How do you get a license to grow? What's the limit on # of plants? Which cities or counties allow growers. What's the best city in CA to start a dispensary with the friendliest laws and less risk of getting busted. Oaksterdam? SF? LA? Humboldt? I'm coming for the rush dudes and need to decide on a place to land.
