9:00 AM - Joseph Malone is to report to Department 11, where within about half an hour there he will be sent to an unknown room to face trial for allowing an undercover officer who had lied to a doctor to obtain a valid recommendation join his collective and purchase medicine.

Joseph had all possible documentation and licensing to run a storefront collective. His Case numers is SCD215316-01

As far as we know, Joseph is attempting to represent himself.

9:00 AM Jovan Jackson Dept 53 - Alleged to operate the Answerdam collective storefront

competency hearing / possible trial?

Simultaneously, the same prosecutor will be doing the "comptetency hearing" in dept 53, Judge Maguire for Jovan Jackson who has been held without bail for the past month for trying to represent himself. Casse CD222791-01.

Jovan is the owner of Answerdam. It is unknown at this time if they will attempt to proceed with trial on Friday.
