The District Attorney is STILL prosecuting medical marijuana providers in San Diego & has reportedly launched a new investigation targeting medical marijuana providers.

To help end medical marijuana prosecutions from the DA, there are three things you can do right now!

1) Write to the Grand Jury & ask them to launch an investigation into Operation Green Rx.

2) Ask the City Council to launch a Grand Jury investigation into Operation Green Rx.

3) Contact the District Attorney's office & ask them to drop all cases relating to Operation Green Rx, discontinue any current medical marijuana prosecutions, & refrain from them in the future.
