This Magical recipe is a sweet and tasty way for you to eat your treat. The key to this recipe is cooking with Magical Cannabutter, Magical Butter can make all the difference. However, be careful when consuming these muffins as they are strong. Let's get baking.

Ingredients

  • 150g (5oz) fresh or dried blueberries
  • 100g (4oz) caster sugar
  • 100g (4oz) Magical Butter
  • 300g (11oz) self-raising flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 140ml (¼ pint) milk


Step by Step Directions

  1. Line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases.
  2. Cream the Magical Butter and sugar until fluffy then add in the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract then fold in the flour and baking powder to make a thick batter.
  4. Add the blueberries and spoon the mixture into the muffin cases. Bake for 30 mins at 160°C (325°F or gas mark 3).
  5. Leave the blueberry muffins to cool in the tray for 10 mins before turning out.

For the ingredients, are they the weight of the ingredient or the quantity of the ingredient? For example, for the blueberries, it says 5 oz fresh or dried blueberries. Is that 5/8 of a cup or do I want to weigh out 5 oz of blueberries?
