Hi Folks

Winning MOTM came with a great prize, The Magical Butter Machine.

I want to make every recipe they have, and then some. So, this thread is more of a share of everyone's recipes, then just about my indulgences.....

But, I do like to indulge....

I recently made up about a quart of coconut infused marijuana oil with my MB2e. I used about three and a half ounces to get that much.

Tonight, I'll start with some basic cookies.

Maybe brownies tomorrow. Then, I'm working my wife into the idea of a coconut shrimp dish fried with the coconut oil, tossed with oil dripped pasta...

Oh, my,,, wait till you see what I make

Never got to making anything last night,, haha. I had more of that bubble hash from the previous day and, well, I slept good.

Kids are staying at grams tonight, and so I plan to be a baking fool.

Just got to lay off the hash, shit...

Got almost a dozen eggplants in the garden the other day and tonight's medible adventure is a new twist on an old recipe. Beer batter eggplants, except, this time of the year I like to mix it up and use a seasonal pumpkin brew.

And, the kicker, and what makes it a medible,,,, is the Magical Butter made Coconut oil I'll be frying some up in....

Here's what I'm starting with...

Have to let the beer warm a bit actually,, needs to be room temp and I accidentally, or instinctively put them all in the fridge last night.

I'll be baaaack......

Ok, first thing is to prep the job. First I peel the eggplant, and then put my dry ingredients in a bowl. I rarely measure, mostly use the same ingredients:

Next, chop my eggplant and sweat it, this is done by sprinkling some salt on top to draw out water.

Like marijuana, eggplant is mostly comprised of water.

While the eggplant sweats, I mix my warm beer into the dry ingredients

The mixture is way too thin, time to cover and put I fridge for a few hours.

While it sits in the fridge, I'll roll a cone. And warm my coconut oil.

Working on some tincture with my MB2E

Took the Deep Cheese which tested lowest in the lab test I've done, or had done.

I used just over two oz with liquid of just over 2 cups.

Decarbed, let it cool a couple hours, put in machine with liquid. Ran at 160 for 8 hours. It's running a second 8 hour cycle as I type
