I have been smoking Pot since 1966 now back in the sixties yes I did *** and ******* and yes I drank but since the late 70's I quit everything but pot. I still believe pot will be legal (hopefully befor I die) but for all those people who think pot heads are just about hte most laziest people in the world & I smoke alot of pot I own my own buisness and I own my own home I pay my taxes (not like the rich who want to make you a criminal) I would rather see everyone high on pot and not on alcohol maybe we wouldn't have wars or babies starving or alot of violent crimes that are associated with alcohol. The last few years I have been writing a book and the title of my book is "I'm a Pot Head so F----ING What" I am now in my 50's and pot has not harmed me in any way, Peace, Love & Happiness to all

i have a personal theory on weed & the true cause of all negative effects of weed.
IMO the reason why people notice loss of short term memory & a loss in brain power is due to the simple lack of stimulation of the brain.The people that notice these sypmtoms are usually people who smoke as often as possible & dont do any activities to stimulate there brain.And it is a scientific fact that when people dont use their brain the brain losses its power & effectiveness.

I can verify this one, I used to be an angry, ill-tempered person. I fought with my girl, my family, anyone who pissed me off while driving, whoever. But ever since I started smoking weed, I am calm, hell its almost hard to get me mad enough to fight now.
Also this isn't mentioned but it is a benefit none-the-less, I have noticed I have extremely shaky nerves in that I cant hold my hand still, when I'm high that effect is lessened. The Government is being stupid, because of the money they could make on a Marijauna tax alone, but like your post said, I belive legallizing it would reduce other drug use. I have tried alot of drugs most of which was before I ever took my first toke of herb, I was the only kid in the neighborhood who didn't smoke cigarettes, didn't smoke weed but i'd drop acid or X every weekend, since then I have quit acid (mostly because it doesn't exsist anymore :( ) now all I do is weed. If anything its kept me from trying other junk. I'm irish I cant drink or I'll be an alcoholic like my dad.

I am addicted to weed, so I know that portion of the post is false, I have tried to quit and failed. It's not a psyco-addiction because Acid has no addicting effect whatsoever and the psyco-active effects are far more intense than weed and I dont have the slightest "urge" to take acid (other than its the funnest drug I have ever taken :) )

Seeds in your joints are bad, they pop when they are heated rapidly & could wind up in your eye besides making you jump when they go off, they taste really bad & they give you a headache. The notable thing is the mold, mold is not your friend, mold is the friend of old bread, that container that's been in the far reaches of your fridge for the past 8 or 9 months, the chemist at Phyzer who makes antibiotics (or viagra?) from them or the chemist in some clandestine lab who makes lethal biological weapons for terrorists or other similiar folks with bad intentions. The first clue not to do should have been ...... FREE

Here's one for you, I met a guy (young) a couple years ago out the lake and when we were enjoing a big fat joint he seemed cautious but the presence of bikinis was too much for mr cool & he hit it, the second time around he was braver & really hit it with all his manhood only to have a seed pop (yeah we know who rolled too) and I thought the guy was going to lose it, got all upset & started ranting & goin off about seeds making you impotent........ as he was walking away

I would have had to tell the jackass, hes right, he may never get it up again,

I've been through a lot of shit with a lot of drugs, addiction to marijuana is not possible, physically for sure. You sound like the same type smoker as me, everyday anytime possible, it becomes habit to smoke. The only reason why you can't quit is because you don't truly want to quit. You enjoy smoking, just like the rest of us, and therefore won't quit, so you just call it being addicted. Actually get a physical addiction to something and have to get off it, then speak to me of true addiction. And i agree sid is the shit, and the government is missing out on a revenue maker, since ganja is a favorite amongst a lot of people. Good luck on your endeavours and definitely keep your eyes up for those damn farm animals when driving.
