I find that pot causes anxiety in some people.... myself included.... since coming to this realization, i stopped smoking as much, and sometimes go more than month without smoking anything (cigarettes excluded).. and my anxiety attacks have almost vanished.

You need a stronger indica. Try a 15/85. Doing anything that you can be fined or jailed for tends to give people anxiety to begin with, and studies have shown that the paranoia effects of Cannabis diminish greatly when the fear of prosecution is removed in a legal setting.

When im talking about anxiety, I'm not talking about just while or after i smoke pot... I mean anxiety has at times taken over my life.... I understand your point of doing anything illegal obviously would contribute to paranoia and anxiety, but even when im not smoking, or when I'm in a safe environment, i find myself experiencing terrible anxiety.

Can you recommend any specific strains that are strong indicas.. as you recommended your previous post?

Hey, this is from a person that has battled depession and anxiety for 6 years or more. You need to be in a place where you feel safe. Dont smoke an entire joint, use a one hitter or bowl. I ued to smoke schwagg and get stoned off 2 hits, but i felt better. Now i smoke entire bowls of high grade shit. You have to learn what your body can handle. Im not trying to push you into smoking more often, but MJ has saved my life, along with regular meds. I was locked in fear and panic all the time. I dont smoke while working or alone with the kids. I do look forward to my morning "cup of Coffee" and the childrens bed time. I stay away from caffein as half a can Coke gets me in a frazile.

Take it easy at first and figure out your bodies needs or can handle. Its not about seeing shit or getting "fucked up". Its about usig a drug in a responsible way. It really can help with is medical disorder.
