More of an art then a science - as the spirit moves you, and you have time. motivation, etc, relax and feel your way through it.....zen gardening..... :-)

I just use it as the spirit moves me, or when I get an accumulation of used organic tea bags that are pricey and I like to re-use somehow - i just break open the tea bags and soak for 24 hours in a gallon or so and share it amoung the ladies - every one seems to like it - this is mostly nettle, hops, valerian, ralaxation type tea formulas, and of course all best quality available
