It's the texture of it. Depending on how it's done, the oil can harden and can break apart very easily. It's the polar opposite of being "really gooey"
Yeah, shatter lives up to it's name, especially when cold. Once in a warm area, it's much more tacky than most solvent based concentrates. So in short, it's much more stable
Ok, I thought that is what it meant, I had to double-check lol! It was shatter then as my friend said, while inside it still held it's shape, but was much like taffy trying to pull apart, but when I went outside, after like 10 seconds it got the the point where it just snaps into pieces .
