The Colorado Board of Health is considering a number of regulations which would hurt medical marijuana patients.

Natures Medicine LLC is helping in the fight against this ATTACK on Colorado's medical marijuana law!

You can HELP heres how:

(1) Print and distribute the attached "Patient letter". Keep a copy of this letter at your dispensary/shop/co-op and ask patients to sign it. fax complete packet to the Colorado Board of Health: (Linda Shearman), 303 691 7702.

Signed letters should be faxed no later than March 2, 2009.

(2) On March 18,2009 @12:00 at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Enviorment Building located @ 4300 Cherry Creek Dr South in Denver there will be a hearing on this subject, Give every patient you this information and encourage them to attend this hearing.

Vote is Delayed
Grassroots power forces Board of Health to postpone vote on medical marijuana.

The Board of Health has officially postponed its vote to restrict medical marijuana patients rights. The vote was initially scheduled for March 18th and will be moved to a date to be announced– likely in June.

This delay is a direct result of the overwhelming grassroots response which the Board received when it announced this vote– including the hundreds of emails and letters sent by supporters like yourself.

However, our fight is not over. We will need your support again this summer as we battle these restrictions to safe access.

The vote is delayed until June with no date or Venue set as of yet.
They have extended the date that written responses will be accepted to 5/15/2009
I will try to update this thread as soon as I hear about the new date for the meeting. Everybody in the Denver area should try to make time to come down and support the cause!
