Boulder Alternative Medicine's mission is providing quality, consistent, safe and affordable medicine to Colorado Medical Marijuana card holders, patients and professionals.

We can assist you during your application process and even recommend a physician in certain circumstances. We don't require you to complete intrusive paperwork or change your caregiver status. Boulder Alternative Medicine was founded in late 2008 in response to the demand for Medicinal Marijuana. The founders are registry patients and suffer from chronic severe pain stemming from many back injuries and compression fractures obtained while participating in extreme sports. All of our employees are knowledgeable and valid registry members as well.

With over 30 years of growing and cultivation experience in our co-op, we offer only the finest medicine available in Colorado. Our network of local caregivers traverse the full spectrum, from producers of 100% organic green farms to high-end hydroponic grows. Allowing us to offer a unique and extensive selection of the finest medicine available.

Sweet Tooth #3 (fourth generation, 3rd Backcross to Sweet Pink Grapefruit mother). This Sweet Tooth is the result of one backcross line wherein the goal in searching the father was an emphasis on the taxonomy and aroma of the original SPG mother. The Grapefruit is a true favourite among growers and consumers. It is possibly the most cultivated strain among commercial producers in Vancouver. The preceding BX2 seed that the father was selected from produced quite homogenous grapefruit-like plants, this generation should be suitable for crossing. The plant is high yielding for a Sweet Tooth yet retains the exceptional candied sweetness this strain is famous for. A beautiful plant with a beautiful taste and a positive vibration. A smiling high is guaranteed from these heady flowers.

While Blueberry is a sativa / indica mix, it is subjectively considered a mostly indica cross. The name is obviously related to the flavor of the finished product, but also fits with the cool blue hues of the plant and buds, which will pale to a light lavender blue in the curing and drying process. The taste and aroma are very fruity, with the signature blueberry taste. This variety produces a notable and pleasantly euphoric experience of top quality, and the buzz lasts a long time. The Bubble Gum originated in Indiana in the 1970s. After making the rounds in the States, the genetics were taken to Holland during the 1990s, where a stable interbred variety was developed. Named Bubble Gum from the start, this variety quickly acquired a reputation for its sweetness, so much that the name "Bubble Gum" has been widely borrowed for all sorts of seeds and weed. Bubble Gum gains red hues at maturation. You may be surprised by how much the scent reminds you of genuine bubblegum. The winner of many accolades.

This precious Afghani is descended from one of the finest hash-making cultivars ever brought from the Hindu Kush to the west. Cannabis strains known generally as hash plants are found throughout the countries that border these mountains, but very few have the pedigree of this Hash Plant - a living definition of the stocky, chunky, beautifully sticky Afghanica genotype. The direct ancestor of Hash Plant was developed in the Northwest USA and came to Holland as a few carefully-transported female cuttings.
