Hello Hello to all!!!!
this is my second grow, and i'm going this time for a DWC system!

Strain:
The strain is White widow which Hybrid.

Lighting:

I am growing with CFL and I have-

2 62w 6500k CFL & 1 45w 2700k CFL

I will be running them 18/6 for grow and then switch to 12/12.

Nutrients:

1 bottle of GH FloraGro 3-1-6
1 bottle of GH FloraBloom 0-5-4
1 bottle of GH FloraMicro 5-0-1

I have a Ph pen and a EC pen and a bottle of PH down.

The Setup:

A 5 gallon bucket

1 air pump
1 small air-stone

and she is in Hydrton.

Well that's about it... one last thing is that I started her in soil and once she had a good set of roots I moved her in to her new home!

Hope you can join me on this grow, I'm new at this so any help is Welcome.
I will post pictures in the next post.

thank you!

As you can see in the last two pictures she is not doing very well.. and I don't know why..
it seems she hasn't yet woken up..

any ideas??

subbed

probably still in shock from being taken out of soil
give it a little time let the roots find the water and itll start getting better
if you wanna do hydro don't start it in soil

next time start it in a rooting plug after you germinate or use it to germinate
something like rapid rooter or similar product
once it sprouts and the tap root is sticking out the bottom of the plug
throw it in your dwc with 1/4-1/2 nute strength for one week then after that follow schedule week 1 of your
nutrient schedule for veg

Looking good there what nutrients mix do u use ?

I'm using the "General Hydroponics" series. but i have not yet fed her with it.

Ya I checked out your journals and i saw you do that.. well next time I will defiantly start like that.

she has been in this state for a week already...

as long as it isn't dead give it a chance it has to get used to a totally new environment as far as the roots are concerned

thanks man.. you give me hope.
you think I should start her on nutrients? or just keep her on PH'd water??

maybe 1/4 nutes at most but don't mess with the res too much just make sure to check ph
never add nutes ph up or down directly into res

Merry Christmas Kiki :xmas:
think of it as a Charlie brown tree give it a chance
is the roots reaching the water?
or is it just drying up make sure you have air going and the roots can reach the water

the roots were probably damaged during the transplant. this has happened to me before. what worked for me was trimming the bigger leaves and removing any lower growth. the undamaged roots are trying to support a plant that once had a fully working root system, at the same time it is trying to rebuild its root system. this is only my opinion its what worked for me.

Hey.. so I did as Btg said but still no change.
not sure what to do. if to pull the plug?

what may work for one person may not work for another but
it hasn't been too long be patient give it time its a pretty resilient plant:thumb:
Chronic Weekend to you KIKI :thumb:
