Hi guys!

This is my first grow. My plant is actually at 38 days from seed so should be in its flowering stage by now.

My setup is really budget, its in my closet...

Lights: CFL
1 x 150w 5500k
2 x 28w 2700k
1 42w 5500k

Temp varies between 70-80 degrees.

Humidity varies between 40-70%

PH is 6.8

Ive got 1 fan

Im using blood and bone fertilizer and im going to buy some bloom fert. Im also at 1/2 strength.

I was on 24/7 light schedule but have just changed to 18/6.

Im using organic soil with coco coir.

Pot size is 3.5 Gallons

Tell me what you guys think? Ive also been thinking that its been growing slow compared to other peoples grow journals but you tell me!! Its my first time! Also in one of the photos you can see brown spotting... could it be gnats? I saw a little fly in the closet a few weeks ago but havent really noticed any since?

I can see the pistils plain as day, as it's an auto it won't take long before they fill up everywhere. It's go time!
Thanks for sharing your grow, good luck with the flowering period.

So my humidity isnt going below 60% atm. Is it really a big deal for now? I can get my hands on a dehumidifier just not right now. Should i be in any rush?

I assume that all three bulbs function and that you just shut two off for the photograph. That's not much light. I understand being poor, but that small amount of illumination is a serious handicap (IMHO). Regardless, you can get the most use out of what you have by orientating them better. They produce the most illumination from the "side" and very little from the end - so you are, in effect, lighting up your walls and the other bulbs, lol. Get them horizontal, close to the plant, and make some reflectors (pop cans work). You'll notice the difference at harvest time.

the humidity is fine thats good for Veg in flower you want to keep it around 45RH give or take but keep up the good work when you switch to 12/12 pack in the light and make a hood to push the light down trim the lower stuff lollipop it as the light will now make it down that fair so focus all the light up top have a look i do the same to my plants

Wow your plants look great! I hope mine start to look as good as yours haha. I read on alot of the forums that it wasnt good to trim auto flower plants? Are yours auto?

Thanks :)

I think im just gonna leave the trimming. I tied all the big fan leaves down and ties all the branches down so hopefully that does the similar effect. I dont want to stress her out to much

Very nice!!

I just saw larvae in my soil -_- I read that the best way to get rid of them is with hydrogen peroxide so im going to buy some of that and luckily my soils pretty much dry!!

What strains are you growing?

Update! 7 weeks today so day 49...

Ive got a problem though! Looks like a phosophurus deficiency and maybe calmag. I added some calcium hydroxide last night and need to get a bloom fertilizer because the one I have now is more for veg o it has a low P (NPK.)

Can anyone see any other deficiencies?

I used cinnamon and clove to fix my fungus gnat issue. I only had to do it twice and since then I havent seen any fungus gnats or larvae. I just wonder if the cinnamon and cloves are causing these deficiencies?
