First Time Grower! - Bubba Kush! - Advice Appreciated!

Hi,

First time ever to grow here. I appreciate your thoughts on my journal. I understand Bubba Kush is an ambitious strain to grow for a newbie, but I'm all in. Here's the info...

6 plants from seedling. Growing indoors in room with white walls. I have one window cracked. No fans or grow tent so far. Lighting 18/6. Plants are growing slow. Three plants looks better than the other three. I started them in peat pots, but cut them out and replanted in larger plastic pots. Leaves are a little yellow. I transfer them to outdoor light when it's nice out and the plants love it! This tells me something isn't quite right with my indoor setup.

What strain is it? BUBBA KUSH

Is it in Veg or Flower stage? DAY 19 from seedling

Indoor or outdoor? INDOOR

Soil or Hydro? SOIL

If soil... what is in your mix? ORGANIC SOIL with a half cup organic nutes.

If soil... What size pot? 12 x 12 inch plastic pots.

Size of light? 300 watt ViparSpectra LED

Is it aircooled? YES

Temp of Room/cab? 70 degrees. 40-50% humidity.

Any Pests ? SMALL FRUITFLY-LIKE FLIES.

How often are you watering? Approx. once per week if needed.

I'm new too so you will probably get better advice from others but no nutes are needed until at least week 3 and even then they are getting plenty from the soil for now. That could be the problem....? Good luck with it!

i would add perlite to the soil about 25-30% or more to make sure the roots are getting enough oxygen and wouldnt add nutes untill your see the 3rd set of true leaves "nodes". the first set of leaves (round ones) dont count.

and start nutes of with a low dose then work your way up

Do I simply pour the perlite in and mix with my hands or just add some to the top layer? I want to make sure I don't hurt the roots.

i would transplant them if you can into a different pot with the new soil/perlite... make sure theres a good amount of holes at the bottom of the pot for excess water drainage

i like to start them in plastic cups like this

then transfer to your 5-7gal pot or bigger if you like

but soil is always mixed up before you plant dont wanna mix it up once its already settled will most likely put it into shock
im no pro but hope my advice helped

How old are your plants in your first photo? Do you suggest I go to plastic cup, then ten days or so later place back in the pots I have? Is it worth replanting with perlite where I am now? On day 19.

thanks, the first pic they are 12 days from seed.. i started gemination on march 10th

dont want to transplant them to much could shock them and they look like they been through enought stress i would put them into the same size pot but with the new soil/perlite mix.. try to get as much of the old dirt off the plant without ripping the roots

another thing 1 plant per pot.. i wouldnt put two plants in one pot

I use rain water or tap. I haven't checked PH levels. How do I check?

Your plants are growing much faster and fuller than mine in less time. Do you think repotting in perlite is the answer? And, what do you think is causing the slow growth and yellowing?

that could be your problemm.. you can check by getting a digital PH meter or PH control kit.. search it up in google should have no problems finding it
it important to check your PH levels a good range is in between 5.5-6.5

move them into the cups with the soil that there in already and check your ph levels before watering
