I had made a new thread earlier and for some reason, I wasn't able to edit the post.

2 Candy Kush Express (Fast Flowering), Special Queen #1, and Raspberry Cough growing as I type. I started to germinate CKE around 5/12/16 and SQ#1 the next day. RC took a while to ship, I ended up germinating her about a few days later after the others on 5/18/16.

These are the 2 Candy Kush Express (Fast Flowering) and the Special Queen #1 They were put under the light on 5/17/16

While waiting for Raspberry Cough to germinate, I put the other three of them in my new set up in 5/21/16. RC was in the new setup a day after 5/22/16. The front has 2 of the CKE and the at the back is the RC and SQ#1 I started using FLora Duo A and B

Here is CKE starting to grow 5/26/16

6/2/16 Raspberry Cough got moved to the top left after seeing some growth on her while Special Queen #1 is at the front. Candy kush express is plants to the right side.

6/5/16 Was when I tried to do LST on them when I noticed little leaves underneath the big ones. It didn't last that long. lol

6/10/16 Got my Mars Hydro 300 LED and it was ready to go in the grow room.

6/13/16 Around the weekend I added some new nutrients to the batch with Growmore Seaweed Extract, Green Planet Pro Cal, and Cultured Solutions UC Roots.

6/14/16

Today 6/15/16

So these are my babies! 2 CKE and SQ#1 are going on week 5 while RC is going on week 4. I will upload some more pics whenever.

High again!

So, 2 of the CKE are looking great as the other two are still getting me a bit concerned. I forgot to mention on the last thread that I had turned over the lid meaning that the CKE are on the left side and the SQ#1 and RC are on the right. When they were younger, they were on the opposite sides.

Anyway, I had changed the water since I had it running for 10 days straight and they seem to be adapting well to the new water change with the usual nutrients (Base: FloraDuo A and B. Additives: Seaweed Extract, Green Planet Pro Cal, and Cultured Solutions UC Roots). They're going on week 6 (while RC is on 5) and are about to be flipped on 7/2/16. I can't wait to see the buds are these beauties. I'm a very proud mother. lol

SQ#1 is looking kinda thin while RC is growing well. I was hoping that they both would've gotten some light but I haven't seen much of a difference. Can someone help me out here?

:welcome:

So, today I wanted to give some updates on the girls. CKE and SQ#1 is on week 6 and RC is on week 5. I'm really excited about switching to 12/12 and see what is to start growing.

Yesterday, I noticed something up with the plants. When I got a closer look at them, I noticed some more of the tips were starting to look and thought I saw some infestation going on with them. I decided to seperate the sativa dominants from the indica, since I heard about the stress they can get from being too near each other. The next step from there was to start cutting... It was very hard to do. I hope I didn't put most of my yields to hell.

Did you see bugs or just the lighter spots? To me it looks like you got some nutes on the leaves and they burnt. Do you do foliar feesings?

I did noticed some black spots on one of the leaves when I did the lollipop method. I made a foliar concoction of ACV, Sesame Oil, and a little bit of garlic with a pint of RO water to keep any infestation at bay. I wish I had a microscope to have a better look at the leaves but that is what I do twice a day or so. Only downfall with this mixture is that it smells like an Asian salad dressing. lol

Here are a few charts you might find handy.

I threw that last chart un as a bonus. Lol
One more question. Do you see little cotton like white areas on your plants? It could also look like a spider Web on them.

Thanks for the charts, super helpful and resourceful.

I haven't seen any seen anything that has looked like cotton (God forbid). Since I'm so much of a perfectionist and this is my first time growing, I just want it to go well for the first try.

It's good you haven't seen the cotton stuff. That's a sign of Spider Mites. You don't want those. Do you feed your plants any calmag?

Hey Guys!

I took a break for a while since some personal things had came up but still managed to make sure the plants are doing alright. I had switched them to 12/12 almost a week ago on 7/1/16. Meaning, I switched out the 4 cool 23 watt cfls to the 2 soft white 42 watt cfls and one in 40 watts while I still have the Mars Hydro 300 running. I also been keeping up with the plant maintenance as soon as I seen any burnt tips or wasted energy. Since I'm still new on growing, I'm learning so much in this journey and it has been one hell of a roller coaster ride.

On the first day of flowering, I had noticed something after changing the reservoir water. My sativa dominants to the left had discovered a new creature and I would like to know how the hell it got there. It looked tiny and white flying to my plants and when I tried to fan it away it jumped to the Mylar on the wall and went back to my plants... I knew this meant war so I got out my Spinoquad to teach them a lesson or two. I done my research to find out exactly what they are and comes to find out it was a white fly (fucking wonderful). After doing a treatment of the Spinoquad through this week I haven't seen a creature in sight. I will keep up with it to make sure it's permanently gone.

When changing the water I had decided to opt out the Seaweed Extract and added in the Rhino Skin. I had issues trying to find the accurate measurements so finally I found out that it's 1 and 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Now, they're about to be heading to week 1 of flowering, I had noticed the sativa dominants on how SQ#1 was limping out of nowhere and RC leaves have been looking as if I was doing LST on her. I started to panic and I didn't know what to do. Seriously, I got a bit emotional and I pray that I don't have to throw them away. SQ#1 and RC keep growing little nodes below... I thought just to spare them, I would leave them there. If anyone had any experience or knowledge on what I'm dealing with, please help!!!

The CKE are looking wonderful!!! They've grown over 2 ft tall (which is making me a bit nervous) but I hope to goodness that all goes well with them. As you can see, I moved the clfs on them (today) while the Mars Hydro was on the plants to the left (SQ#1 and RC). I was really concerned about their lack of growth so I'm hoping that will make a difference.

So that's all I have for the updates on these girls. Until next time... :Namaste:

Have you flipped them to flower yet? If they have grown 2 foot I surely hope you have because they stretch and in hydro they stretch a lot. They also have a bad habit of getting very big, I started out with 4 plants in an 5x10x6.5 foot tent and had to cull 2 because there was not enough room for all 4.

Best of luck with those, my MG was 18 inches when I flipped her to flower, she now is, well check out my journal and see for yourself, she is HUGE

Yes I have. I mentioned it in the journal.

What's up everybody!

I'm back again and if you seen from the last photos I had put up; I was trying to maintain them to grow prosperously with all I can. The next day, I thought about doing some intensive maintenance by taking off the big fan leaves since have been taking most of the energy from the small shoots trying to grow out of the stems. I thought I would start with my sativa dominants so I grabbed out the SQ#1 and RC and I was so devestated to see SQ#1 limp as a dick!!!
20160709_134400.jpg

Yea, I was throwing F bombs like it was a national holiday. So, I start the cutting on the fan leaves and it came out to look like this... I seriously wanted to cry!
20160709_142854.jpg

So I figured that CKE was gonna need the same treatment since she's been bushing out like crazy and now she's looking pretty good.
20160710_130748.jpg

They got their grooming done with, this is how they look on week 1.
20160710_130833.jpg

Since I took off the seaweed extract, my roots are starting to appear brighter but Holy Shit, look at CKE roots! They're friggin huge!
20160710_130908.jpg

Afterwards I took a look at SQ#1 and RC and their roots are looking aight but not as brollic as CKE
20160710_130848.jpg

And this is what I mean't about switching the lights (for the meantime)...
20160710_130756.jpg

So that sums up the rest of my updates for this grow. I really can't wait til they start to bud.

With love and peace... :Namaste:

just go easy on the defol til ya get the hang of it eh. let the girl tell you where to snip. it's almost like bonsai. I personally get a very ethereal feeling when I spend that time with my girls. it just lifts the spirits as long as you let them guide you.

I've done it before, cussin an cursin and goin on bout how much work it is, blah, blah, blah.

felt uptight n cranky during those defol sesh's. so, now I just relax, talk to my girls and let them talk to me.

have fun eh
