What's the dimension of your room? Alot of growers shoot for 50w per sq ft. 25w is the low end.

im going to estimate around 50 sq ft

OK so roughly a 7x7 or 6x8, most 400w hps have 3x3 coverage, is the watts you listed for your leds actual draw(ex. a 300w led could only draw 240 actual watts)?

the room is 5x8 so 40 sq ft and the lights are 370w led 2 x 225w led and the 400w hps i checked if it said anything about the watts it just says max out put next to those numbers

Judging by your plants I'm assuming there not packed in there like sardines, so in my opinion your lighting is adequate. You can always add supplemental lighting for the sides and lower stuff.

my math got about 2400 lumens so thats the lower range, would it hurt to take the 400w hps out and put in a 600 or 800w hps?
im estimating another 3-4 weeks until harvest

Never hurts to add more light.

Very nice, it's great to see a grower take there time. However, I would have been on tap by now a few weeks. Great cloudy tri's and very full buds.

definitely should have flushed sooner if thats what on tap means but im inexperienced and was having trouble deciding when to start, i didnt want to start to early and i was reading that buds dont get over ripe very easily
