Hello 420 World.
I started this Grow while My first plants ever were about 1 month old.

Now for the Details on this set of beauties-
Seeds: Auto-Fem Caramelious from Msnl
I started with 5 seeds, 4 germinated and are growing strong.
Im growing these with some lights and the good old Sun
Its simple if its nice i take them out of the box, if its not a nice day they stay inside the box. The storage cabinet i use has 6 Led Bulbs and i mix in some CFLs during flowering period - The Total wattage is around 400. I can change their direction to help spread out the spectrum.
I am using 3 Gallon Dirt bags
With Fox Farm Ocean blend soil and about 3 cups extra Perlite each for good drainage.
Nutrients are the Fox Farm trio- Grow, Bloom and Tiger.
I use Cal-Mag from General because i get some Copper spots on the plants outside. It hasnt helped much so far that i can tell but im open to find out the issue, im starting to think its the thick Salty air as im near the water. Idk.
I used some techniques with these that some will frown upon. Go ahead lol.
I tried fimming and Topping, trimming and also alittle Lst in my own ways to these Automatics.
I gotta say, so far so good.
Currently they are at 56 days of life or 8 weeks, and about 2 weeks into the flower cycle.
The plant i topped started to Flower yesterday so it got 7 weeks of Veg. The others got about 5-6 weeks Veg.
Ill send some pictures first then give alittle more detail about the new tricks i tried.

I was trying for a flat canopy but i slacked on some Lst after i took the plant tape off their heads and some tops just took off on me.
Next time ill ask for help to get that nice flat canopy

Hey Pat, yeah only 38 days, not by choice. These Auto-Flowering plants do what they want when they want lol. In the future i think ill only be using them outside to pump out some quick grows during the summer.
Man i really love Sativas now, great for energy and being social, staying productive, it just fits my lifestyle.
Even with my medical card, atm the dispensaries are out. Not even a decent Hybrid.
And im offically out, sucks for me.

Here are some shots of my 2 Outdoor only Caramelious plants. I was hoping for some competition between the 2 Indoor plants and 2 Outdoor plants but they dont compare. The indoor plants have 100's bud sites each. No question.
But the Outdoors are doing well dispite some orange spotting which i can't seem to treat, Yet.
These have been flowering maybe 3 weeks.

*** Forgot to Add. This one plant ONLY produces 3 peddles on each leaf, it is unique.

Hello 420 world. Hope all is well for everyone!
Im ripping some home grown Bubblegum in my Roor bong so you already know how im doin.

Anyway, heres my update, its bitter-sweet.
I love the buds on these plants!!
and they have only just begun to get swollen. Very dense too. Im excited for the potential yield I might be pulling out. Even the buds beneath others, 2 feet from the colas are 1 Inch and more diameter
But Im not happy with the spots on the leaves. Fak they are ugly.
We are Day 74-Life
and Day 36-Flowering.
I have an idea of what happend and i hope the spots stop appearing. I gave full strength nutes and didnt let enough water run out the bottom to flush nutes when i watered. I also think i nuted back to back, amateur stuff really. Today the spots turned a golden-yellow as appose to the brown rust color. I have used Cal-Mag 2 times this week and i dont know if its helping. I going to keep watering Only for a couple days to be sure they stop spreading. Same issues i had with my first grow.
I use tap water, let it sit out for 48 hours uncapped, then i poor out the top and PH down to 6.4 sometimes 6.2 The tap must contain Calcium and Magnesium too.
Idk, i could live with it, but it must be bothering the plant lol, so no I cant live with it.

Ugh , I think it is a overdose on the nutes and not flushing enough, bc i let both of those things happend

I forgot to mention
The stems have Reddish/Purple streaks and veins running up all over. And i think i see some purple tinges forming on buds.
One picture makes it look brown, I wouldnt be this calm if that were the case.

At first glance it looks like an excess of Potassium.. ?
Well have to do more reading, and staring at the plants.
Gives me an excuse to be in there feeling around and taking whiffs.

MOLD !!!!

On both plants outdoors, i cut off all the buds with any brown spot detected by the human eye, the plants are fucked for sure.
Its funny i have such shit luck in all other categories of my life and i believed for some reason id have alittle with growing. Pff. Foolish me.

SO , theres no doubt in my mind, no question it will continue to spread even though I removed All the effected areas and buds next to them.


So the question is,
cut them now to save this premature 5 week old flowers on both my laughable 10 gram plants ?
or to let them dissolve on their own and hope 1 bud doesnt get infected lol ??
Let me know your thoughts plz

**sorry if my attitude is alittle gray but im at that point.
Didnt think i could afford a fully functional grow Tent, took the gamble, so now months of work down the drain.

Alright ..... Alright ... people. I know you were all very concerned (you were just very busy and didnt say so) about my mold issue.
Its all good, i lost a bunch of nice buds and i saved alot too.
but i always Finish things i start, like this journal.
I didnt give up, I needed to change a few things.
I moved them into a corner by themselves with Not much around them. I have 2 fans blowing out there during the most humid parts of the day, Some days non stop.
And im watering less, i was watering everyday and i cut back to once every 2 days.
Also stopped all nutrients for the 3 that remain.
So now its just a matter of time before they are ready. Trimcomes are Cloudy all around. The leaves are yellowing and the smell is strong. They look so ripe but i want to let it roll alittle longer although
The oldest plant is at 8 weeks of flowering.
So heres some pics of the survivng plants. The 3-leaf plant wasnt so fortunate , i had to cut it down whats left is curing. You win some you lose some.

Looks like somebody spilt a bowl of sugar.

I NEED A TENT !! I dont think I could fit another bud in this storage cabinet .

No!!! Facking mold!! I feel your pain my man, I also had two months just thrown down the drain, at least you saved some buds from them. The buds look very nice that you could save. I hope all works out well in the end bru and you get some decent smoke

Hey Pat! Thanks for stopping by man and for the props.
Yeah it was quite troubling this mold. But on the plant i cut early it looks like an Ounce i was able to save. So not complaing too much lol.. I tried it too, a nice body buzz.
Im excited for the ones indoor though.
Got a sample off that and it was fantastic, they dont have much time left here.

As for you Pat I seen your plant turned out Male.
You had that trained very well im sure your next run will be great, ill keep checking in to see when you may start up another one. Best of luck to you sir.
