I took some photos today cuz the smaller one was touching 1 of the lamps and burnt 1 of the leaves it's not a big deal really.

I think I'm getting better at taking close-up shots, I wonder how close I can get with this camera I'm using? It's a Sony Cybershot 3x optical zoom and 7.2 megalpixels max.

They seem to be settling in nicely. They are drinking lot's of water and are showing tiny bits of new growth I think. Well they must be cuz 1 of them was growing up into the lamp!

Means if you get caught under certain circumstances (Like within 1000 yards of a public building or park) growing a signle plant, it's a mandatory 15 years in prison.

I just made up some sea-tea spray (seasol full strength) to help them out a bit with stress while I'm super-cropping. I topped them 2 days ago and I plan to top again once I see some new growth. Photos will come soon!

ps, I'm actually trying to clone 1 of the cuttings I took when I topped them I made a little "clone-dome" out of a 2L soft-drink bottle and a bowl, you'll see when I get round to taking some more photos and posting them

That happened to someone I grew up with.


Driving North on I-190 out of Worcester MA. HE got pulled over (that was his fault) and caught with a small satchell of weed. They took the time to measure from where he was parked, down the hill, over the fence and through the woods. They didn;t find grandma's house, they found a middle school and tossed the book at him in a hardcore fashion.

This person is what I define as a "smoker" and NOT someone generating income from the illicit sales therein; It didn't mean squat to the DA who has since destroyed this persons future with an erroneous charge of attempted distribution within X amount of feet of a school zone. Kind of sad when I know of people who got less punishment for vehicular homicide while undfer the influence of alcohol.

I guess that is what happens when UR from Kennedy country, man they love thier scotch...

On topic though, we may wanna look into some organic trace nutrients. Those stems are very purple. That's telling me it's burning calcium or somthing. Either from a lockout, or it can happen from too much plant movent from wind and such. OR, it could just be genetics ;-)

I hate marijuana vs alcohol laws :-( I recently gave up drinking and it's vastly improved my life. Most of the trauma I experienced growing up around my violent and abusive family stems from alcohol, as well as most of my "hell-raising" when I was a teenager was due to alcohol. Anyway..


Greenacres cheers for the tip! I dont have a tripod but it's probably well worth the investment! Maybe some better background lighting and all that :-) Maybe my missus has a tripod stashed away somewhere that I dont know about... seeing as it's her camera I'm using

Boss, I'm fairly certain the stems were purple when I got the clones so I'm going to assume it's genetics and nothing to worry about. At the moment I'm dosing them with rain-water, seasol and fish emulsion. These should contain all the trace elements I need right?

Quick update; I fed them today, 200ml of rain-water each, watered from above and foliar fed. Plus full-strength seasol and half-strength fish emulsh. They are on a feeding/watering schedule of roughly every 4 days, I think this is working ok.

ps, I tried not to remove too much foliage otherwise the poor ladies wont get any light at all! They look a lot tidier now since I cleaned them up around the base, you'll see when I get photos up (sorry its such a hassle having to borrow a camera everytime I gotta take photos I really need my own camera but on far too low an income at the moment) so poo ..

edit: I only topped 1 of them because there simply wasn't enough growth on the other to top her aswell. Uh-oh alarm bells are going off in my head now telling me that I should've waited another few days before topping either of them.. ah youthful impatience is great isn't it?

Day 13; They look heaps happier and cleaner now after the pruning
I also added a layer of perlite on top for no real reason. Well actually to help keep the roots out of direct light, I noticed a few in the rockwool cubes that were exposed to the light

After this I'm going to attempt to hold off on any more updates until it's something really important or exciting. Give it a week or 2 maybe ;-p
