Papay/Jungle Wreck and "living dead"

Lets see now, ok so I changed my soil by mixing 4 cups perlite, 1/4 cup aluminum sulfate, and 2 tbsp per gallon Bio-tone microbial plant food. The root system was getting long, I think my plants were not happy though because for a month since seed they look small to me. Hopefully they will like the change of soil.
Here is a pic of the plants. I hope I don't mix up the names cause I just uploaded the pics and for some reason they don't come up in order like I took them.

it could be ur lights bro, maybe up the ante a bit, bc ur right, for a month old they should be waaaay bigger, even if u had an AF strain it should still be bigger.

Hey Perico, I have a total of 10 cfls now since two days ago, I only had 4 2700k before now I have 6 of those and 4 6500k in there. I hope that works cause by my calculations thats 442 watts.

I think I am going to have to spring for an 8 inch exhaust now, I have to leave the door cracked so the temp doesn't go over 84F. I added another 2 23 watt daylight just now.

i added them in the beging of my grow and they doubled size in a week

I put about 50 in each pot, do you think that will be enough?

you're still vegging right now so u don't need to soft white red spectrum, put those in when u start to flower, for now just use the cool daylight bulbs. I'm gonna post a pic of my lady in the hydro bucket, i've only got two daylight 27w cfls on her and she's growing like a fat kid on a cake and brownie diet!

Hahaha, I thought that I needed a mix of red and blue? Im doing 12/12 on them and then back to veg. should I still only use daylight?

50 is alot I only put 5 in each container but they were small containers

even on a 12/12 light schedule, the plant needs to mature enough to then choose it's sex. so unless it's ready to show you her lady parts, the red spectrum isn't doing much. she's still vegging until she's ready to show sex

Damn! I guess ive been stressing the crap out of em for almost a couple of weeks. I will just have all daylight then untill its time for change.

don't worry bro MJ is one tough lil %^$&*, but generally for the first month of their lives all they need is some good daylight bulbs (phillips or nvision make really good ones) nice airy soil to spread their legs and some distilled water, no need for anything fancy at the start. just alot of TLC, yeknow spend some time with them, maybe even talk dirty to em (once they're old enough of course!) lol

Lookin good bro...I can't wait to see them hit that growth-spirt and take off! I was contemplating getting some papaya seeds, I'm interested to see how yours turn out!
