Don't. The whole idea to cloning is to get the cutting to root, not grow vegetively. You want to slow transpiration as much as possible because that is the release of moisture. Transpiration requires the cutting uptakes moisture which is limited with no root zone. One reason so many use a humidity dome to aid the cutting to hold moisture in.
Co2 will make the cutting work harder to vegetate. Without a root zone to uptake nutrients the cutting will have to resort to canabilism to survive. You then run a risk of the cutting running out of stored nutrients and withering away. It's best to keep cloning as simple and as stress free as possible. The less things that can go wrong the better.
