Fogponics/nebulized growing solution when and how long

Just got my areomist 3 head nebulizer
i must say very cool little unit.
Being that there is very little info for growing with fog does anybody know if i should put it on a timer or just let the fog roll on in , ? Any help would be sweet

I'm sure it should be used on a timer just like any other hydroponics system. The time on/off varies from person to person, but there are several that are common. Google is your friend.
