Humidity dome v.s. closer lights, a few days after sprouting

I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to leave the humidity dome on with the lights right at the top of the dome or remove the dome and have the lights closer to the plants? The lighting system would be 2 4' fluorescents. (4 bulbs total with 6500k spectrum and 3200 lumens per bulb. The dome itself is about 6"-7" tall.

I leave my clones in the humidity dome until there are visable roots or until you can leave the dome off for an extended period of time without the leaves drooping, I don't grow from seed, but i would imagine it's similar, I would leave the top of the dome on until you see roots. I'm sure there are ppl that grow from seed here that would be able to help tho
