Clones are showing roots, when do I transplant?

I read the How to here and it stops after it explains HOW To! Not one word on what to do when the roots finally show up at the bottom of the rock-wool.

I cloned 8 clipping from ladies in flowering, about thirty days in. Every one has taken and three have roots coming out the bottom. Roots are protruding about 1/4 inch threw the bottom and starting to tough the plastic tray the cubs are sitting on.

Questions? When do you transfer clones to my coco mix?

Can the roots tough the plastic and be exposed?

Thanks...I have a journal here and on my first grow ever..Built a scrog and have over 150 buds flowering... I post videos almost every day. Here are a couple of yesterdays pictures.

Once you have roots you can transplant them into your coco.
