Canna coco A+B How much should I use?

I've recently started growing and I'm on day 3, the plant is looking quite healthy. However keep in mind this is my very first grow, I received the Canna coco nutrients today and I'm wondering how much should I use.

I'm going to be mixing it in a 2 litre bottle, on the label it says 1:250 so 40ml into a 10 litre bottle.
Does this mean that I should use 8ml of part A and 8ml of part B ?

what your quoting from the label is for extended flower growth..

ive looked over other canna journals and most people are in fact using 8ml(a) and 8ml (b) for 2 ltr botles

You'll also want to give them more light/get your lights closer.

That straw might be a little restrictive on growth later on.
