Is there any difference between a recirculating system and adding my DTW runoff back to my reservoir adjusting PH and PPM?

yes its very hard to answer as its a question in itself
can not recirculate drain to waste,other wise it is not to waste,its a recirculated system.
sure you can readjust ph,but as far as the ppm change,how will you know what has been removed by a number drop??
Now if you are asking can you put your waste into a separate system as a disposal? yes you can,but again you dont know what is missing in it
