Is this a male pre flower?

I've been doing 12/12 early and topped this plant . This is my first grow and im not experienced so i seen this and was wondering if it was a male pre flower if not can someone explain to me what it is

If it has white hairs or green fingers it is female or vegetative growth, respectively. If it looks like a teardrop, with nothing else sticking out, it's a male pod.

I’m no expert and I’m only on my first grow but that is definitely not right, won’t be able to tell if male or hermie but defo not right

Looks like a hermie to me unless those arent white hairs, I have never encountered one but those look like male flowers to me for sure can't eliminate the possibility it's a hermie
