In need of help: Young plants, strange leaves!

Hello guys,
I've been researching this forum a lot and finally have started my first grow, I promise I will do a grow journal in about a week or so when I have a little bit of free time. Without bothering you more here's the details:

Grow Medium: Soil (Jiffy)
Seeds: Green House Seeds 'Chemdog' feminized
Lights: CFL (23w Philips) x8 (currently) with Ceiling Reflectors
DIY Grow Box with 2 exhaust fans and passive intake + 2 cirruclation fans inside

(Let me know if you need more info, this is what i could get fast)

No nutes used, just tap water (48h still), without a pH meter till Monday.

I do live in a country where u dont have marijuana specific nutes or soil, but i've ordered the GHS Feeding Powder.

If it's the white on the leaves?? it could be powdery mildew.

Thank You for your reply Buddro,
I was talking about wierd leaf veins (they're not parallel as I see them in grow journals), they look a bit crumpled or maybe I'm just too paranoid...?
I will double check tonight about the powdery mildew but I think its just the reflection of light as I didn't see any white on the leaves.

They are 10 days old from sprout and 14 from germination.

They look good for 10 day old babies.

Nature is not perfect and slight imperfections don't usually mean anything.
