Can anyone tell me I topped and super cropped these few days ago will they get any taller and will I expect a good yield

Yes, they will get taller, especially when they go into flower, they will stretch the first 21-24 days and almost double-triple in size.

Yield is hard to determine, a lot of variables go into a great yield, from setup to genetics. Do your best, and your best will reward you.
