Lighting question.. First indoor attempt

No offense, but if you're asking this question, you should read a lot of posts in the link. Those are incandescent bulbs, which won't work at all really. You'll need fluorescent, LED, or HID.

You should stay off the led bulbs also, the ones that look luke this in your pic. They will fuck up your plants. Rate of bleach 100% in my case.

A lot of people use CFL bulbs for their first grows. Not the best option but they will work.

Get 4 CFL bulbs just like that at 50W (true watts, not equivalent watts) and you should be good for one plant.

Just to clarify for him, the 4 bulbs will work for one plant, IF and ONLY IF that plant is topped, and/or trained to grow a flat canopy. If you let the plant just grow balls out tall, those 4 lights become useless beyond 6" or so.

Thanks guys for the replies, just curious. I have read up some on lights, but was just curious since I already had some laying around and kinda on a budget.. Lol. Currently I have 2 outside, but was thinking about bringing one inside and trying to force it to flower. Still waiting to determine the sex, think they may both be female? Will post pics tomorrow.
