Ehh... I'd say it can do 1 decent plant. Beyond that and you're pushing it.
Aim for 35-50 watts per square foot. This light is good for approximately 2 square feet.

To grow a decent plant you want 150W per plant roughly. That light is good for 1, maybe 2 but not 3. I'd look into getting a small LED panel before buying multiple of those things though
