Question on Rapid Rooters

I have some Rapid Rooters I have had for a while. They've been kept in a sealed zip lock bag and still feel somewhat moist, but I'm not sure if they would be considered dried out or not. My question is can they be rehydrated or do I need to replace them to get the full benefit of using them?

I've had mine almost a year and all you need to do is re-hydrate them to the point that only a few drops are squeezed out.

Closet is correct, but with me when ever I go to do a ..re use they still fail on me, I'm even thinking of making my own ...lol
