In my opinion, they aren't ready to top or bend yet. It really wont do anything bu stress them out. If they were mine, I would wait until they got about 4-8 inches taller to do anything like that.

It really depends on what you want to do with them. Many experienced growers will top at the 3rd or 4th node, but as a beginner (I'll make that assumption), it is probably wise to give them a little more time to get established before you start torturing them!

I toped them at the third node. I don't plan on letting them get much bigger. I'm finishing them in a tent 4 by 4 with 800 tru watt led. They only have 2 square feet each. I'll veg for longer next time around.
