Male or female or too soon?

Looks to be a stipule, which is normal for all plants. How many days in 12/12? A stipule is an outgrowth of the lower zone of a young leaf, part of the leaf base.

Based on your 1st pic...
The stipule on the main node you photographed appears to be pushing a pistil at the very tip.
The two tops of that same node appear to be throwing a bunch of them if you dig in with your eyes. That's why a said "looks flowery" in my first post. I'd say with fair confidence that it's at least 50% female.
My guess is about 28 days of veg and somewhere around day 5 of 12/12. Just my guess though. Keep us posted though.

That little thing above the stipule in the second pic will either throw out two little white hairs or will begin to look like a tiny coconut if you see the hairs it is a girl.

Agree with Spitz 50% right now.
Edit... probably more like 60 or 70% female. That's usually my ratio for reg seeds

hey guys so i have got some pics for you guys to look at. i have 5 babies going at the moment which are showing signs of pre-flower. they are approx. 42 days from seed and still in Veg, should they be showing sex? cause they are lol i think there are atleast 3 ladies in the group but would like all your thoughts as i am fast running out of space and need to kill and or remove 1 or 2 to give more space. i have added 2 pictures of each and look forward to ur opinions

Those green spears growing out of the base of the leaves are called spicules. They are vegetative growth and usually appear in pairs.
Females will show two white hairs, about as thin as one of your own hairs, and will have an narrow oval calyx at their base, generally appearing first from the growing tips. Males form green teardrop-shaped balls on stalks in the nodes of the plant, and they will be in bunches, like grapes. I've seen them form in groups of 4.
Once you see sex in your plants, you'll never have to question "what sex is this" again. The structures are unique.
