You typically wont be able to tell about sex until you start flowering the plant. That has not been through stretch so I doubt you have started flowering. When are you planning to bloom the plant? Or are you saying that thing is 6 weeks into bloom? That looks like a 6 week old seed plant that has not been started on bloom.
Depending on the height you want it to go about one more week of veg is all she needs then you can bloom her. You could bloom her no but one more wee will make a mice plant.

Also next time you water make sure it has like 15% run off into a drip pan in a way that is actually runs off. I use rivr rock smooth stones under my soft fabric pots but I have used blocks of wood and any number of things in the past. Just make sure there is good run off. That will fix the issues of the leafs tips curving downwards.
