By the time you get sockets and everything you may be better off just spending $70 on a Mars Hydro 300.

That's a pretty good deal on those bulbs, though. I bought 40w CFLs at Lowes a couple weeks ago and they were $10 each. However, I do agree with Juan. Probably more bang for your buck to just buy a cheap LED.
