1st time grower - Are they ready yet?
It looks pretty close to me. That being said, it's very green. I think you would do yourself some good to run a 10G flush, let it dry out, and repeat 2 or 3 times. I'm not a big flusher but that girl is extremely green. Did I spot "nanners" in that 2nd pic? If you have a room full and they are, you might want to harvest her. If she's alone, I wouldn't sweat it. Looks close but back off on the 'N' (at least). Looks like a prime candidate for a flush finish.

I agree with PITA, that lush green foliage says too much N. Prob a good idea to start flushing. What do the trichs look like?

looks ready too me but you are over doing it on the notes. definitely needs a good flush. Don't run notes to the end of a flower cycle, you will get less weed and have nasty chemicals in it. min 7 days on plain water before harvest.
