Do bone and fish meal products contain antioxidants?

Hello, I call some seller of bone and fish meals locally and they told me they use antioxidants as keeper for their products, I searched and find antioxidants stop bacterial grow and microorganisms , just wonder using them and find soil without bacterial grow and dead , Is this true guess ?

Probably. You don't want sterile soil. Microorganisms break down nutrients to elements the plants can absorb. It's a bonus if you have worms in your compost pile, too.
