i can't decide if it will get me in trouble for linking to him or not...
everything else can be written off to medicinal or research...
but this is blatant.

Holy shit. That's fucking insane lol.

I doubt he could be affiliated with any law enforcement. That would be entrapment. Cops can't advertise, they have to wait for you to ask or go to them for whatever it is.
