depends, Arizona will throw you in jail for one seed.

georgia is the same way. if they really wanted to they could throw your ass in jail just for one seed

growing charges vary so much, all depends on how much you're growing, the value of the plants, size of plants, plans of selling, and many other variables. I think they can only take your house if the house's only purpose, or main purpose, was to mass grow weed. If you have a few smaller plants, like 5 or less, then it would most likley be thrown into consideration that you were not going to distribute. It also depends on your state law, I think the NORML web site has listings of the law for marijuana charges in every state, try there.

Depending on the state you are in there are different laws. In most states however the cultivation of cannabis can result in jail time from 3-7 years or more and the seizure of all assets.
